MOTORのディレクションを務める本池秀夫が素材やパターンを再構築した人気定番のスポーツジャケット。ヨーロッパ原皮フルベジタブルタンニングホースレザー、通称“ウィスキーホースクラスト”。イタリアのサンタクローチェ地区にある名門タンナー、MARYAM(マリアム)社で鞣し、染色、加脂したホースフロントのクラスト（素上げ）をベースに国内で更に二加脂を行いミーリング加工をした下地に染料&カゼインを用いた茶芯仕上げとなっています。何度もサンプルチェックしながら辿り着いた究極のフルベジタンホースレザーとなりました。表面はツヤ感のある仕上げでタップリと含まれた牛脂によって程良い弾力のある粘りを加えました。ゆっくりとエイジングを楽しめる1着になっており、30年代〜40年代頃に作られていたヴィンテージのディテールを踏襲しながらもシルエットや袖周りなどは野暮ったくなり過ぎないよう、ややタイトに仕上げました。ニッケルジッパーにバックサイドのアジャスターにはオリジナルの925SVバックル。今期よりライニングは防寒性を高める為にフランネル素材に変更しました。

MOTOR's director, Hideo Motoike, has reconstructed the materials and patterns of this popular classic sports jacket. European raw leather full vegetable tanning horse leather, commonly known as "whiskey horse crust". Tanned, dyed and fat-liquored by MARYAM, a prestigious tanner in the Santa Croce district of Italy, the hose-front crust (bare-finishing) is used as a base. It has a tea core finish using casein. It is the ultimate full-vegetarian horse leather that we have arrived at after checking samples many times. The surface has a glossy finish, and the beef tallow contained in it adds just the right amount of stickiness. It's a piece that you can enjoy aging slowly, and while following the details of the vintage made in the 30's and 40's, the silhouette and around the sleeves are slightly tight so as not to look too unfashionable. The original 925SV buckle on the back side adjuster on the nickel zipper. From this season, the lining has been changed to a flannel material to increase cold protection.
